- Alternative special abilities have been added to each character.

- New abilities need to be unlocked and can be selected in the (overhauled) lobby.
- Alternative abilities are unlocked separately from the alternative loadout.
- Alternative loadouts for each character can now be chosen individualy.
- Each character now has a full alternative loadout.

- A merchant appears in the centre of the map after a level is cleared.
- Sells 5 items and unlimited hearts in exchange for coins to the player.
- Coins get dropped by enemies, that did not hurt the player.
- You also gain additional coins by getting a high combo.
- Added 10 new (ranged) weapons, 10 more powerups, as well as 2 new enemies.
- Some bug fixes and balancing.
